I currently work as a senior management consultant at Capco. Beyond my professional role, I'm deeply committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the professional community. As the Director of Communications for Black Professionals Scotland, I have also had the honor of co-hosting the Black Scottish Awards, celebrating the achievements of Black professionals across Scotland. My journey has been enriched by my prior working experience in Ghana, and I am drawing from my diverse background to inspire and support the next generation of professionals.
